I would hazard a guess and say we are locked out until there season ticket holders, then non ticketed members have their window.

Thanks for that i ended up calling parra memberships and would you believe it the lines were down for maintenance got through via email and they sent me the code back quite promptly.
You can also go through ticketek without a code if you want to a better seat.
The code is only to desinate a PARRA section.
