you could argue that before you saw the text messages and the intentions they had with the recording it was almost as if it was planed to ruin mitch and to profit big cash
Who cares? if some fool come into my house sexually assaulted my friend (everyone seemed to skip over that), dry humped a dog and pissed on the couch and I'd be compensated 60K I would embarrass the oxygen thief too
I care about privacy. What should have happened? Pearce should/would have got a tap on the shoulder the following day from someone in the know telling him to get his arse back to the house and apologise, make good any damage and to settle down. All Australian life used to work that way and that's how it should be. Would like to see privacy laws changed tomorrow morning to ban any filming/recording without a Judges warrant. Its called democracy

so if it were a murder and was recorded would you like the murderer to come say sorry and she will be right mate.
Just asking how silly your thoughts are.
Actions speak louder than words my friend.
He did what he did,
They did what they did. Nobody films thinking lets hope this idiot does stupid shit and capture it and sell it off.
The person probably was filming thinking look at all these footy stars at my friends place and then things got out of hand. Hence the footy mates should have cooled things down and nothing would have been captured worth selling.
Ron its none of those allegations. Its indecent assault but only after an investigation has taken place where the victim must provide a statement. In australia we believe you are innocent of any crime until proven guilty.
"Yeah our centres and wingers are interchangeable. Do you know if Joash has had any previous experience on wing or centre? It sure is a relief to have a fb replacement at ready if unthinkable happens, coz that was always a huge concern and gutho…"
"I dont like moving Russell who is obviously showing he can play very well as a centre. He has never played any good on the wing and sadly I expect him to play poorly this Thursday.
I would have gone with samrani on the wing. Not so much because i…"
"I get that, but we know that Melbourne was offering to pay legal costs with the view to obtain Lomax's services. Settling without going through the full legal process tells me that they were aware that they would not obtain his services, so…"

Bingo anyone.
That Josh Mussaud said the same thing, he sold it straight to channel 9 without asking anyone else what he could get
he forced himself on the girl at the very start of the video, she may have laughed it off but it is what it is
