More and more people are jumping to the sack BA side it seems. Yeah we are looking like plugged ducks at the moment. But is it really BA’s fault?
Firstly the whole “sack BA” thing was started by the same idiots who constantly ranted about sacking Sticky ( I.e. the guy who’s team flogged us tonight) and sack Kearney, whose team is top of the ladder at the moment.
We need some solid forwards. We look tiny. Recruitment was bad, but it’s not BA’s fault that there were no real guns of contracts to replace Semis role. That has left a huge whole that any coach would struggle with.
Our board have sucked. The first one he coached under to dumb to arrange the shady 3rd party deals needed to be serious contenders these days. And the current board to squeaky clean to do it.
I guarantee that the rorters, broncos dragons boards would have found a way to keep Semi without getting caught.
There’s no way some of those teams are under cap, but you need to know how wrangle it if you want to field a team that is competitive.
Something has to change. I think BA does need to change a few things but there are bigger problems than his coaching

I don't get these people. I won't go into this rubbish making excuses for everything. Ive said enough about recruitment and retention mate. 5 years and Ba is not responsible - right?

No board is responsible for recruitment. Board’s say who you can’t afford, not who you should buy. That’s the coach and CEO’s job.
However I agree we needed Semi to stay but he had personal issues. Even the almighty Roosters and Bulldogs lost SBW. It’s not always about money.
For our lack of forward class and firepower I 100% blame BA.
Brads fault that everything fell in a heap two years ago because of a dumb board? That semi left because our board now is to clean to cut a few deals to keep him? That there were no real gun forwards of contract? It’s all good saying sack players, but you have to have someone to replace them with. We’ve got a good team, it just needs to click on field and the forwards need to step up.
Plenty of forwards were available for 2018. Graham goes alright at the Dragons for a start.
