We dont need any of these players. We have the largest dam junior base in the league. Start investing in juniors. We arent winning 2020, or 2021. Ok, but if we bleed players in slowly and invest in quality youngsters. Then we can supplement a great base with a luxury buy. This is long term cap management.
Fact is with 14 or so players off contract I don't think there's that many juniors to fill the void. I agree we need to blood our young guns like Kaufusi and co over the next couple of years but we also need some experience as well. Someone like premiership winner Ethan Lowe would provide great experience and grit in the 2nd row. He's 28 yrs old and has a great work ethic and would partner well with Lane and Brown locking the scrum. Niukore off the bench. A couple of experienced props would be handy as well. Regarding game managent, control and composure I believe we have this in Dylan Brown. Problem is will he play again? I think supercoach has this the wrong way around. Should be 7. Brown 6. Moses....or another attacking 5/8.

Agree Aracom. Lets stop stuffing around & get our juniors going now, not in 10 years time. So many good Eels juniors out there killing it for other clubs. We seem to let far too many go that we should of held on to while we keep players in the NRL squad that should be playing canterbury cup.

Pork chop Brock Lamb is going to be a awesome half back. Already showed heaps at Newcastle for a young half in and out of a team. Now finishing his apprenticeship under cronk. He is a very good organising half and exactly what we need and will come cheapish.
