Yes Joseph , if you listen to a certain dope it's because Brad is a tight arse , Yep Brad has done what no frugal person has done before which is be a tight arse with someone else's money .

Hi Joseph, its an interesting question that u put forward. My 2 cents worth r as follows:
1. BA replaced Semi with Princess.
2. Recruitment of Fairy Floss Evans & Tony Williams to bolster the pack.
3. We came 4th last year so I suspect BA & staff were lulled into a false sense of complacency during the off season. Unfortunately we had an easy win over Newcastle in our trial game which only compounded the complacency. I suspect that everyone concerned assumed that because we finished 4th in 2016, that we would continue on at a competitive level.
4. Several other NRL Clubs improved their roster & coaching staff 2016 to 2017.
5. BA's 2017 game tactics were easily countered by opposing FG coaches. We became predictable & ineffective.
Pretty sure all the players are a year older then last year!!
No one on here knows but I suspect that the team are not playing for him, for whatever reason. We can blame the 'TIGHT ARSES' you can even blame the NRL but the players not digging in for the coach rings truest to me.
Maybe he has favoured certain players which has pissed off the rest or maybe they have grown tired of BA and they simply aren't listening.
One thing I'm certain of is that its not that the players have forgotten how to play or lost skill its simply a matter of them not playing for the coach - only way to fix it is to 1. replace the coach or 2. Replace the squad - I know who normally wins that battle.
