I put this in to play today, my blood pressure is completely normal and I am carrying absolutely no stress or negative emotions after the game/loss. My evening and the rest of the weekend remain totally unaffected. Ahhhh the serenity. The beers still tasting good.
*The key, Don't have any expectation or thoughts of a win, and don't get angry when you see a player or the team make a mistake(s) that no other player/team does in the NRL. It's the Eels guys, c'mon. I will watch next weeks game with the exact same mindset. I haven't enjoyed a game this much for a long time.
Have a good weekend fella's.

Well I had a great day,I expected to lose and we did.I couldn't even give a shit about watching the game.I thrashed my cousin at a game of golf.Stress free day.As the saying goes "Hope for the best but expect the worst",you will never be disappointed.
Me too.But most people are morons who can't tell the difference between Realism and Pessimism.
The realist in me thinks she had an orgasm, the pessimist in me knows she faked it.
and the chauvinist in you doesn't give a crap ;)
