How fuckin’ good is it that we finally have a coach who isn’t afraid to stand up to the NRL?
Jason Ryles stood up for his players, his club and the fans — and that’s exactly what this place has needed. More importantly, it was a smart move. He’s made it clear Parramatta won’t just sit quietly and cop the inconsistencies anymore.
For too long, it felt like we’d hide and take whatever was thrown at us. Not anymore.
Ryles also previously pointed out, when asked about our slow recruiting, that changes are being made in the management department, and the club are heading in the right direction. Its a clear swipe at Sarantinos's failures. Ryles has come to know how professionals clubs are run, when he worked under Frank Ponnisi at the Storm and also he's time at the Roosters.
Hail Ryles. He’s building something here, and in my opinion, he’s here for the long haul

Ryles has reached the same point of frustration with the recruiting as BA did in a decade , only difference is , Ryles has done it in less then 2 years
Due to the fact that they already blamed the coach, so now the attention turns to higher up.
Yep, I think it was a disgraceful act to throw ba under the bus.and act like it was all his doing. Sure ba had his shortcomings, but to solely put the blame on him was a coward act
You can bet your life Ryles would have been next. Disgraceful
Sounds like the board now understand that too. Pity they didn't a couple of years ago.
The officiating nrl wide is at an all time low, inconsistent 6 more calls and bunker messing up simple calls. Tough watch
Old 'have a bet' Klein should be nowhere near the bunker.
Far too much doubt around his objectivity.
It's been an issue all season doesn't matter who is in bunker. Lot of terrible calls and basic errors. Makes the competition look like a joke
Yep and 'blind as a bat' Sutton also shouldn't be refereeing games!
I agree. If you act like a door mat, people will walk all over you. Firing up also shows his love for our club, fans, and players. It's good seeing a coach that's not a robot and has a lot of passion.
