I thought it was time given the positiveness and upbeat nature currently of most EELS fans, that those who can find little joy in the world should have a place where they can whinge and complain in freedom.
Now you can complain about this blog as is your want or use it as a tool to get your pessimistic message out there.
Should you be successful in willing our team of inept coaches and players into a failure this year, Im sure youll recruit many fans to your religion.
But can I also ask that if someone goes to the trouble of putting up a more positive blog based on their feelings, that you resist the urge to bring the tone down and instead retreat here to make your comments.
I think that will work for all on this site.
PS. Those who have witnessed the 80's should be glad that they at least, were there for a glimpse of the EELS at their finest hour. Those who were born after, are the ones who truly deserve to be the miserable ones.

I understand where you are coming from.
Like you I witnessed the 80s and attended the 82 G.F.
However after the last few years where we successfully won 2 wooden spoons, I like many others have an air of anticipation this year with the squad we have recruited and taking in to fact our 9's success and promising pre season fixtures I like a large majority of Eels fans truly believe we will make the eight.
If we don't, it is only human nature to start criticising the staff and start the negative vibes.
Hope we can go close to winning title this year.
