THE RETURN OF JARRYD

Played his best game of the season and looks like the Jarryd of old.

Put him to fullback and swap with the out of form Gutherson who bumbled a bomb to gift Knights a try.

Give Moses the goal kicks. He is much better than Gutho at kicking.

I know we made many mistakes, however no penalties when pressing the Knights line. Do you mean that they were all behind their try line when we were attacking?

Could have been a different result if we had the penalties the Knights had.

  • Ba's game plan in 2017 - give ball semi score

Ba's game plan for the remainder of 18 - give hayne d ball.
  • Fergo would have watched that disgrace last night and said to himself. WTF have a I done
  • The inability of our play makers (halves) to see opportunities during a game is beyond belief. Hayne was on fire and opposition centre/wing were struggling to contain him, yet our halves kept the ball away from Hayne. DUMB DUMB DUMB... our seaon in a nutshell. A total player clean out is needed.
    • Mind numbing ain’t it. I’ve asked in other blog. Who’s responsible for going away from the obvious to get more ball to Hayne. Hooker? Or Moses overcalling? Who’s repeatedly blundering up our sustained attacking play.

... think even Moses greatest fans can count on their left hand how many effective attacking kick choices he has made all year.

The on field attack  synergy is all dopey and wrong.

  • Gutherson should either play 6 or centre. Actually having thought about it centre would be a reasonable position because he can still do his dummy half scoots where he is most dangerous. This would be me outside backline next year;

    1. Hayne
    2. Ferguson
    3. Gutherson
    4. Jennings
    5. Jennings
    • I would have to agree with this, but M Jennings needs to get his head back on.

    • I’m a Jennings fan along as he’s doing the job in defence. He hasn’t got that electric pace anymore but he’s still capable of better than he’s currently producing. George Jennings is a physically good player strong and fast but he seems to lack a touch of nous. Beggars can’t be choosers though and he does a good enough job for coin he’d be on
  • A few bright spots in Hayne, Álvaro, vave, Timmy, Terepo and nuikore
  • George Jennings
