The remarkable stat which means we should be confident of winning on Saturday

The last few years we have beaten the 2 defending premiers at Pirtek in huge upsets. It got me thinking about the record of defending premiers coming to Parramatta, and our record of winning is stunning. 9/13 wins since 2001 and 2 years where we didn't host the premiers (2009, 2013). Interesting stat. But I don't think you can look into that too much. Some of those games would have been mid year, minus origin players, injured players, end of season game etc.

  Very true, even as a coincidence though, it's an uncanny record. And I'd bet we would have started outsiders in most of them considering we would have been outsiders every year since 09
