The only good thing to come out of all this drama

Is that we can see now who has a hatred for parra. A lot of these secret haters were playing it cool. Acting as if. Sneaking in a low blow here and there in the paper and on tv or during a commentary.Down playing the eels wins or not giving credit where credit was due while acting by like Jesus had just returned for the exact same thing that another team or player did. All sorts of things. In the past, I never really thought anything of it. I just used to get a bit depressed about it.But now I can easily identify them all because they have all come out and shown their true colours. The eels are down and out and the jealous butt hurt simply couldn't resist the urge to come out and lay their boots in! They smell blood an JUST HAD TO come out and reveal them selves. Now they are snarling and snapping their vicious angry jaws at us due to years of built up hate for us over whatever personal petty issues that they have tied into all this!!!After all this is over, at least now I know who's shows to boycott, who's articals not to read and who to slander the F out of all over social media and in person. Maybe even a cheeky slander after a game on live tv out the front of parramatta stadium calling out one of these scum bags and humiliating him live on tv so it gets featured on the footy show or somethingSo far the names I've collected are• Peter Peters / Zorba• James Hooper• Paul Kent• John Quayle• Nick Tabbokoff• Josh MassoudIf you know of any other scum that I haven't mentioned pls leave a comment down belowWho are the former disgruntled board room members that are implicated in trying to destroy the club in order to get back into power?

  • No let's not they would just love that
  • I've always loved Gorden Tallis but I respected him more for his approach in eradicating monetary issues within the club by stamping out the individuals involved and not the players. He was right on the money when he said the docking of points hasn't worked well for clubs because more clubs are breaking the salary cap and nobody is learning. He concluded by saying that it would be unfair to penalize players who knew nothing, these comments were made on The Matty Johns Show.
  • I disagree with James Hooper. John Quayle played for the Eels and is a good operator. Sounds a bit childish tbh. That's there job if they have gone overboard and are wrong then they will be sued by the board. This board has made mistakes and I bet if we lose points there will be 50 blogs wanting Sharp sacked and run out of town. Just wait and see.
    • I disagree with James hooper and John Quayle too. However the other 4 you mentioned have their periods and a personal vandeta against the club. It happens often with explayers. It only takes one coach they don't get on with and their careers over before it even began.
    • Maybe so but there's mistakes and then there's downright skullduggery.

I'd be more inclined to think the people that stopped short at nothing by bringing these indiscretions to the media's attention, would hope they never get found out first.

Everyone makes mistakes, including the well run Broncos but not everyone has vermin involved with their club.
  • Maybe the NRL wants to take a good hard look at the absolutely shithouse reporting on NRL in general, before they go spending something like $100M on media and advertising.

With the disgraceful way most on your list from the dt have conducted themselves throughout all of this, in order to bring down one of the most popular fan bases in the game in NRL heartland, really you'd swear they have vested interests in competition sports or another more sinister agenda, rather than what's in the best interests of NRL

The constant rehashing, misreporting and generally making mountains out of molehills for the most part, comparing us to wholesale rorters storm etc.

Seriously the damage these clowns have been allowed to spruik ( to us one of the nrls most popular products) will take a very long time to recover from if our penalty does not fit the crime. If ever!
  • An old saying that has the word IF as the biggest in the English language is very apt in this saga, the word IF can have so many variations as to what can be both implied & applied with it is quite staggering.  To say "the only good thing" to come out of this drama leaves the whole drama sitting up in the sky with nothing that really is defined.

Journo's & other shock jock types live on drama, & in many cases play no favourites in reporting, does not really matter who it is & who its directed against the longer they can keep it going ensues their employment in the news media.

This whole drama is being carried out here on a supporters blog site, to the huge enjoyment of those who this thread is targeted against, & by that means (this & constant similar threads) we actually are playing into their hands by keeping this alive, so reality says its time to take the best course of action & ignore them & say nothing more on it.  Several calls have gone out this way in different threads including by myself for this to happen.  So far the views box shows 576 have already read it, but how many replies?

The best thing to come of this drama is when it is finished then whatever the NRL hands down will determine the future, all the investigations etc will be determined, IF we are guilty then a penalty applied, IF not none will apply, but out of it the eels can seriously move forward & all this will be behind us, IF we allow the due process to take place.

  • Gallen. Another eels reject.
  • SMH Andrew Webster, another  down right KENT.

And the worst part about this article, while reading this crud an AFL video starts playing.

There is huge demand for halves and Pezet is one of the best available, especially for long term value. He could have gotten $1M from plenty of clubs. But not from us,…"
