The battle to sign James Tedesco and Kevin Proctor might be over but there is still some real talent available on the off contract list for 2015.
We've decided to try and put together the best 17 man squad from the currently (28th May, 2014) off contract players.
Do you think it would make a competitive NRL team? Can you build a better team?

the pick of the bunch is paulo
None as most are below average except Mansour and Teo who are average and we don't need any of them.
Jorge Taufua has gone pretty good this year and would be a good, strong player to have on the wing outside Hoppa. But that being said i'd rather just keep who we have, maybe get rid of a few players and try to retain who we have. Definitely make a play for Israel Folau but that would be my only signing for the year.
Most of that team are retiring or have pretty much committed elsewhere.
Out of the others, Hannant won't leave Queensland, McCrone will re-sign if they continue playing him in the halves instead of hooker, Te'o is off to union, Ennis is a twart.. Mansour, Taufua and Buhrer? Maybe at the right price, but there's others out there who need them more, who'll pay more.
McCrone would be a good pick up if Norman doesn't pull his finger out.
I buy Chris houston
WHAT! Norman is doing rather well. Him and Sandow are gelling rather well but that's my opinion...
