The next piece of the puzzle.

Manly beat Roosters, giving us the opportunity to move into equal 2nd with a win next week, with Roosters playing the Storm. Is it just me or does everything just seem to be going our way this year, anyway it's about time I guess . Enjoy the ride.

    • Wow Manly does have a good draw except maybe Panthers in the last round. We need some big scores to get our f and a up, we are 30 odd behind them so can't afford to slip up.
  • Not to mention Sharks play Broncos next week so if we win we leap frog one of them.
  • what about all the injuries

  • I picked Raiders & Manly in the tipping comp I thought they would win if Penrith hold on it was only the dragons stuff up that cost me a perfect round. In saying it's all good news for Parra's climb up the ladder
  • yep just did a ladder predictor and we can actually finish second if the following goes our way.

-we win the remainder of our games

    -sharks beat the roosters rd25

    -cowboys beat the sharks rd24

    -sharks beat brisbane rd23

    -melbourne beat roosters rd23

All other games from teams in top 4 contention look like they have already been won or lost

  • Don't like the Panthers and cannot believe how many games they have played at Pepper Stadium of late and they always seem to get the referees help. The other team which concerns me is the Raiders! But more so the Panthers! They're a sneaky little grub of a team in my opinion and they always without doubt get the praises of Gus Gould, Freddy Fittler and Andrew (how did I get the 8th ) Johns.
  • Whilst that would be good for the players confidence, it doesn't really matter, as long as we finish top 4.
  • Penrith are now in the 8 ( unfortunately) can't stand them!
  • Mr Wet Blanket chimes in again lol

  • Was just on the Silvertails site and the way they are carrying on anyone would think that they a certs to take out the comp.

I watched many of their games this year and in my opinion they are just making up the numbers.

The Roosters were down on key personnel, definitely down on intensity, plus playing at Brookie so I wouldn't be taking too much out of that game if I was a manly supporter.

PS gees I wish we played them in the next 4 rounds - would love nothing more than knocking out those fuctards.

"I'm not suggesting throwing Lorenzo or any other young player in there now, they aren't ready, my point is they still won't be ready for a start in 2027 either so are we going to sign another 1 year stop gap 6 for 2027?."

Slippery. replied to Eelawarra's discussion NRL LEGENDS EXPLAIN WHY THEY HATE BRETT KENNY

Brett Kenny is the reason I support the Eels. He was the most naturally gifted player I have ever seen. In my opinion Imortal status he is worthy of. However, what I find even more bizarre is the fact that Brett Kenny was not once named in the…"
