Wanted to see if others see the same in Jennings.
It was on show the other night in the dogs game that Michael Jennings is loving his footy again. Was no secret his game had become a bit stale at the roosters.
Seems the re-emergence of Jennings is all our benefit, and must praise BA for this. The way BA has brought him on board and fitted him into our style of footy.
Jennings has the smile on the face, the back slapping and his involvement increasing now. He seems to be really loving the combo with Semi too. As each game goes on, think we will see these 2 rip defenses to shreds.
Jennings put himself in that position to score that sensational try other night and that shows he wants to be an eel, not here just for the money. His defense was great too, running from dummy half in our own half, really just getting involved. Jenko also brings that cool head in big games, he knows how to win, position himself and this will rub off more on the likes off Semi outside him.
Every player seems to be lifting, Edwards, Paulo, Jennings, Gutherson, Scott, Norman, and so on, its infectious.
Massive congrats to BA for astute purchases. The guys that have come in know how to get the 2 points, unlike in past seasons we have capitulated and given up certain wins. (Cowboys last year??)

Geez how can playing Origin and being minor premiers be construed as being stale ?. So if Semi doesn't score 25 tries this year will he be called stale then ?.
Jennings has a bit of a history for doing this
Pennies punted him because he went stale and had a massive attitude problem - after a season at the rorters he fired up again.
I believe history is repeating itself with us.
That said he and Semi did appear to be enjoying their game on Friday night and hunted together for a lot of the game.
I was more than pleased to see this given my apprehension of having them on the same side of the paddock.
Also of note is how the opposition are really paying a lot of attention to these two players - hence we saw Semi mixing it up and coming in to score going down the middle - I am wondering if Jennings might start doing this at times as well.
Semi came in and Jennings took the wing spot - what if the hunters both came in together? - or Semi stays on wing and Jennings comes in.
It has to upset the defensive pattern as we saw with Semi's tries
Gordon was always there supporting, so perhaps - just perhaps Brad Arthur can add a new, and possibly deadly dimension to our attack this way.
Although I have been brushing, grooming and preening my Unicorn we still have the SOO period to go when we will lose Scott and Jennings, plus possibly a couple more and another 21 rounds of footy.
Now if you will excuse me I am going for a ride along the beach in the beautiful moonlight.
