Not sure who leaks this shit , but it can't be positive in his team mates mentality to hear this week that Moses will be getting a nice payday for a premiership. It may not be as uncommon as this article tries to insinuate , but any financial incentives printed can't be great reading for say a Gutherson who seemed to mention other peoples contracts when he was negotiating his.

Parramatta halfback Mitchell Moses will enter the NRL’s millionaires club if he can help end the club’s 36-year drought and lead the Eels to a premiership this season.
The Herald can reveal that Moses has a lucrative bonus in his contract that will see him join the game’s elite halfbacks on more than $1 million a season.

Moses rockets away for golden try
Mitchell Moses lit up the NRL with a magnificent try against the Raiders.
The bonus will only be triggered if Moses can help the Eels navigate past the Cowboys this weekend and lead the club to a premiership over either South Sydney or the Penrith Panthers at Accor Stadium the following week. His salary will jump from just over $900,000 to in excess of $1m.
The Herald spoke to several clubs on Sunday to gauge the uniqueness of the clause in Moses’ deal. None of the clubs spoken to had a player at their club with a premiership payday.
While highly uncommon among players, premiership bonuses are regularly included in coaching contracts. Penrith’s premiership last season triggered a bonus in Ivan Cleary’s deal with the Panthers.
The last known player with such a significant bonus in his contract was former Newcastle halfback Mitchell Pearce.

Pearce had an agreement with the Knights, who were wooden spooners when they acquired the No.7's services in 2018, that he would be rewarded personally for the team's success.
Newcastle’s agreement with Pearce was a $75,000 bonus for a top-eight finish and $150,000 if he guided the team into the top four. The Knights finished seventh in the final two seasons of Pearce’s four-year stint in Newcastle.
It’s not uncommon to have players with some sort of incentivised clause in their contract. Many players receive Origin bonuses for representing NSW or Queensland, although some clubs are beginning to phase them out. Some players receive bonuses for playing an agreed number of games in a season.
Moses is in rare territory when it comes to having a premiership clause attached to his deal. The Eels agreed to the bonus during contract negotiations last year in the months leading up to extending co-captains Clint Gutherson and Junior Paulo.

Moses is contracted to the club for next season and has an option in his favour for 2024 he is yet to take up.
If Parramatta don’t lock him down before November 1, he will be free to negotiate with rival clubs for the 2024 season.
As revealed by the Herald earlier in the year after obtaining the NRL’s official salary cap benchmarking document, the average salary of a top five halfback in the competition is $1.095m.
The Herald understands Moses is fifth on that list on just over $900,000 behind Luke Brooks ($960,000), Ben Hunt ($1.098m), Nathan Cleary and Daly Cherry-Evans (both $1.2m-plus).
His next contract will be worth at least 1 million anyway so I don't have a problem with it.
Looking at that list of top paid halfbacks, Moses is on the least amount of coin but is only just behind Cleary as the best halfback. He is definitely better than Brooks, Hunt and DCE.
I find it funny these cretins eith agenders can reveal these things in the days before both the Faiders game and now the CowGirls game to try and stir the pot and try to cause cracks in the team. Fcuk all those inbreds.
As for Moses, if he helps deliver us a premiership he deserves the nice pay day. Anyone else in the team that isn't happy with the clause in Moses favour needs to be upset with their managers not Moses nor the club.
I think it was reported at the time he resigned with incentives if we won gf
If that's the case then this isn't a secret premiership clause and that this inbred cretin is "revealing". Also, why bring this up now?
Rabz, I agree people reveal things like this have agendas.
I remember when Spagnolo took over from Fitzerald. Hadley, Fitzerald and the Tele promoted sensational back page stories regarding players being sold industrial units and promised a profit (the players weren't promised a profit just that they wouldn't lose on them) and how accomodation in flats owned by the leagues club should be in the salary cap.
Having said the above I think many of the posts on 1EE about, corruption, nepotism, player division do far more damage than the 'leak' about Moses.
If we win a premiership no one will begrudge him the bonus. The bonuses or incentives in the NFL dwarf anything in the NRL. What about PSG paying Kylian Mbappe a €170m signing bonus in addition to a €50m annual salary and 100% control if his image rights.
An extra 100k per year is nothing, especially when you consider he was going to get that raise anyway most likely
Good for Moses!
This
Give him 2 million a year if parra win the comp, I don't care I just want a premiership
