When you live in an asylum it's mandatory to be concerned about mental wellbeing.......
It's a serious issue, has a coach been forced to medically retire early due to mental concerns? I'd encourage the club to make history and be a leader by standing down BA.
Should he stand down? I doubt he would think of doing that if his ego is as big as being reported. No coach chooses to stand down unless their team is dreadful, atm we are still in the 8. Not saying BA shouldn't be gone at years end if we fail, he should be. Just saying it doesn't make sense someone saying he should stand down as realistically he wouldn't.
We all know how it will go if he is sacked at the end of the year "Parramatta and coach Brad Arthur mutually part-ways." Professional way of getting sacked and avoiding embarrassment.
