The importance of goal-kicking

Back in 2014 we missed a final's birth down to missing crucial goal kicks. This year we've been lucky having Flash who's converting at 80%

This makes up for what he lacks going forward. He's offered great service but the question is who will kick next year? A kicker can win 3-4 games which can make all the difference in a season.

His goal kicking has been fantastic for us.. Tonight, to make it 20-12 just adds that little bit of confidence.
I think the criticism of "what he lacks" is harsh.. He is everywhere, puts his body on the line, organises our defence, u can see him out there yelling at the boys where to be.. A genuine solid number 1. In my opinion still the best fullback at our club.

He actually hasn't kicked that well until recently.

His kicking has been indifferent, though sublime last night. I was impressed with a couple of charges from the back where we out his body on the line. Excellent one year signing to help the mentality of the players. He communicates well from the back too.
