  • Kamatari Caulfield cup if it starts
  • Carlton has produced a WINX beer to be sold at Moonee Valley track around the corner from my shack. Should I try some? Good or bad bet?

  • I think Jon snow can have decent spring if it is rain affected with slow/heavy tracks for some success. Another horse I have few future bets on and like is Santa ana lane who won the straddie as well as the goodwood who can upset more fancied horses given right track condition
    • FM he's one of my favs, have won quite a bit on him over the years. Huge run first up I reckon he can run a race in the Everest if they overdo it up front.

    • Gee how did you find that one Wongy???? Amazing tip.

Heres a tip I picked this horse out when it won on debut and its won again since.

34-1 in the derby it's name is Merchant of Venice.

I also got 34-1 for Youngstar in the Caulfield Cup, but run first up and she's already into 26-1.

The more you put on the more you get back.

  • anything D.Weir trained, put money on it

  • Very impressive win on Saturday, I was on the second horse who looked like it might trouble it until it found another gear.

Kris Lees Has Graff and Miss Fabulass as well, he could win all the 3 year old races this spring.

  •  What about Grunt? I backed him at Flemington last Saturday at $9.80. My only winner but it got me back in front. Apparently loves Flemington. Could this be a cups horse? Maybe if it gets in the Caulfield Cup and goes ok it maybe a decent roughy for the Melbourne Cup. Currently 12th in Caulfield Cup order of entry. It blitzed em last weekend.

    • Price reckons he can run well in a Melbourne Cup, he doesn't seem to hand Caulfield that well but is unbeaten at Flemington.  He is by O'reilly so he might get the trip.

    • Actually I just checked Ubet and Grunt isn't listed in the betting order. How come it's 12th in the order of entry but no odds?
