The halves

I've heard a lot of criticism of Parra. And rightfully so.

However I feel that Mitch Moses has escaped much of the brunt of criticism.

His form was woeful on the weekend. Constantly making bad choices.

Passing wide when he should be looking to step and offload.

Handling errors.

Silly penalties

Ordinary kicks.

Going for trick shots rather than playing what is in front of him.

There were several gaps that could have been exploited in Penriths defence.

But he kept on going to the same side. Throwing hospital passes. Other players were making him look better than he was.

I think Mitchell needs to step up his form this week or drop him back to Wenty and let Corey Norman try and take control of the team.
Put Will Smith at 5/8

Norman to 7

Gutherson at fullback

Hayne on the wing.

Problems solved.

  • Originally i put alot of the blame on moses and norman. After yesterday ive come to realise they cant do anything off the forward pack we have. I think the limited power in our forwards is the reason why they keep trying to perform block players rather attempt to go straight up the middle in attack.

Gutho back this week will help them out. None of our wingers or fullbacks have a running support game besides him
  • A lot of Mitch Moses issues are obviously due to a poor relationship with Numb Nuts Norman!

  • Moses played as good as their defence allowed him too. how bout we give some credit to Penriff

  • when gutherson fit I be playing him 5/8 hayne fullback French wing taka centre smith hooker

  • Moses is not in good form but he has been playing behind a badly beaten pack up until this weekend against the Panthers, I think he is trying too hard and overplaying his hand. He needs to get back to basics and straighten the attack, I would like to see Jennings and other outside backs get into dummy half for some runs to help get us on the front foot so we can build momentum and pressure.

If the boys turn up with the same attitude from now on as they did with the panthers game things will turn for the better.

  • Look at the double standards here. Moses played badly last week and he needs to pull his head in. If it was norman you lot would be jumping on him. The halves need to be consistent.
    • There is a big difference, Moses is trying, Norman hasn't been.

      • Its a bit hard for Norman to try when Moses keeps demanding the ball and then losing possession.

  • I got pink eye from watching Parra on the weekend, do you reckon Bernie will give me compensation?
  • Moses has been woeful. Next JT, pigs arse!
