Well what a season and what a finish. How long has it been since we won the last match of the season, let alone the last 2 matches.
Our two new stars were on show again and what a show they will provide next year. Lets start with the Guth Bus. Ignoring the poor opposition his game has progressed by leaps and bounds since the start of the year. Look at his great vision leading to excellent pass selection and kicking in general play leading to multiple goal line re-starts by Warriors. This is something not easily taught so he has a good feel for the game and he will only get better as his time in the NRL progresses.
Now to the French delight, his anticipation in finding the ball at the right time and to create a try out of nothing is uncanny. Again not something you can teach but great game awareness. Also has great hands and rarely drops a ball.
Another great game helped by an increase in offloading by the forwards, maybe helped by the emergence of our two new potential superstars. Lets us hope this continues into next year.

How about instead of always throwing cold water over peoples posts you just let them laugh at the opposition teams every now and then. Michaels comment wasnt wrong and you want to be fair to Manly?
With all due respect Brett, Manly are a basket case and those cocky bastards deserve being laughed now and again when they get it wrong. They do it to us all the time eg Choc and Foz.
I dont revel in anyones misery either Brett, but thats when its true misery not just the 'misery' of how your team is travelling.
Its called banter and for once in a long time our team is better than theirs. You may not have said his post was wrong but you where trying to analyse and explain a joke. Jokes are just that, a joke. if you have to explain them then they arent funny anymore.
Ham, last week he was good at getting repeat sets also.
Another thing I forgot to mention was the skill set that Taka has. Last week his kick along the ground to get a repeat set and his kick to French for the try were top shelf.
Weve copped it for so long other team fans were starting to feel sorry for us. How sad is that lol
Always love it when we get another teams outcast who turns out to be a real find.
The real positive in my eyes is that for a long time, players are going to parra and improving and becoming better. For a long time there, a lot of players came to the club as either superstars or really good 1st graders and just faded away. BA is doing a really good job with the growth and constant improvement in the players. I'm so glad he is our long term coach.
