The English super league

Finally a game where the football isn't overshadowed by poor refs, whinging players and constant breaks in play.last night I watched the Castleford and Leeds game on Fox and it was so refreshing to see the refs not go to the video ref for every try and players whinge and moan about every call in game the ref made the players just got on with, the refs weren't afraid to make the big calls weather its a sin binning or calling a try they just did it without hesitation.Then I thought about it I compared to an NRL game the refs won't make a big call, the players whinge about everything and the constant breaks in play when there is a try(video ref) , scrum or a drop out just to name a few. Its terrible to watch as a spectatorAll this being said I would love to see a game that is just played without the BS during it and the controversy after it let's just get on with the football.

    I think you'll find the main reason you enjoyed it was because you didn't have to listen to Phil Gould. He can make watching any game seem like an eternity in hell.

    Was even better than sl when I was a kid. No video one reff call it. No replays in super slow mo. Oh and parra won the title on loop. X3 haha

    We need to take the game back from the refs and that starts by killing off one of them and reverting to having 1 referee per game.

    What will the NRL do with all these out of work refs then?

    Shove a cork up their arse and throw them in the closest creek.

    I thought the English Ref's were great in the 4 Nations tournament... no BS and did a great job

    I prefer watching the ESL even though the players aren't as talented as those in the NRL and it isn't as fast as the NRL there's a lot more attacking play and they aren't afraid to throw the ball around. The NRL is bogged down with refs constantly going up to the video refs and the teams going hit-up after hit-up.
