Anybody think weve missed Tep while he's been out?
I havnt even really noticed hes been gone to be honest, dont think weve missed him at all.
Is Tep ever going to reach his potential? does he have any real potential or has he reached the peak of what hes got to offer as a player? i doubt hes ever going to turn into the elite footballer many had hoped.
I tend to think hes not going to get much better, hes a very slow improver, im not sure if its the coaching thats letting him down or if he was just too overrated as a kid.
He offers next to nothing in attack and hes turned into quite a one dimensional defensive player.
Sad thing is he looks like hes got some natural skills and a decent offload but we rarely see them, he puts in a good effort and im not knocking his ticka but im afraid hes going nowhere fast in the developing as a player department.
Would a new system and new coach help Tep step up to the next level?
I actually think it would, i think hes gone stagnant at our club under our coaching staff, he might even have got a bit comfortable.
We need those type of solid defensive players like Tep but moving into the future we need players with more than just one skill set to offer, we need forwards who compliment each other and have more than just one arrow in the holster, we are too one dimensional and Tep only adds to that equation.
Weve too many forwards of similar low skill set ilk, its been the same for years, too many guys who offer little more that defence, seems Stone is another one of those coming through, how many do we need?
Id be letting Tep look around for a better deal, certainly wouldnt be keeping him at the club out of choice.
Yes he's still only young but hes another one of our pack that offers too little, tough decisions need to be made.
He seems like a lovely guy, nothing personal but we need to be more cut throat if we want to succeed as a club.
Its time to get tough.
Thoughts on Tep?

I would get him to really hit the weights hard, put on another 10-15kgs and become a beast in the front row.
Interesting theory but im not so sure with the thought of him in the front row, i reckon he'd be in the head bin first few minutes of every game in the front row.
The number of HIA's he's been getting isn't helping. He should start wearing headgear.
To be fair, the team as a whole is a rabble.
Thing is with head gear is it gives you a false sense of security and your often more likely to run with the head down, they dont actually stop much concussion.
I wore one for half a year because i cracked the top of my head open, i fekking hated it, it was hot, it effected heading and it didnt stop any big knocks from rattling my brain around in the skull, no head gear or helmets can stop that.
#effected hearing.
lol
What Cheyse Blair is to centres, Moeroa is to back rowers.
