    French made the most of every opportunity, never lets you down. Once again his best attributes aren't utilised correctly or enough. French through the middle could be Slater like, you won't get that on the wing. However he'll make a fist of it wherever he plays.

    Tad, I did not expect French to go to the wing, even though a lot here were saying and going for it however, I did say about having MJ move to the right centre, which I believe worked a treat, having MJ and his strength in defence helped French no end.

    An interesting comment by Gus on 9 where he said that at Penrith MJ was said to be a right not left centre and played better football on the right, although MJ wanted to play left centre. With the helping of French I would like to see MJ stay at the 4 spot.

  I am so glad BA, put Guttherson in the spine and French on the wing, the master stoke was Jennings moved to play inside French. I said in a blog That BA appears clueless what to do with Gutho, well he must have read my post.
  A heap of people here we're going on about French at fullback and Gutho in the centres. Gutho in the centre is like leaving your Ferrari in the garage while you fang your KIA.

  French must stay on the wing. Gutherson at FB. Jennings brought real class a confidence to the team. Let's stick to those player positions.
