  Neither spags or Fitz will be back, nor any of their stooges, there is a plan B in place, it has been for a while, thats all i can really say at this point, i think most will be very happy.

  Neither will be returning. I have no idea what the requirements are regarding a replacement. I'd assume that's governed by the constitution.

  1. Experience with governance
  2. Networked to sympathetic high net worth individuals for TPAs
  3. Association with the NRL so we get treated like some other teams
  4. Association with the press for obvious reasons

  Haha, for as long as we have had 4 points hanging over our heads there has been a group of businessmen whom are also all Eels supporters whom have been meeting regularly to discuss the club, they are sick of the shit and are very smart blokes.

  There will be people ready to step up with real genuine business acumen and very good networks.

  This group has no ties with Bill Moss, and definitely no ties or links to Dennis or Roy.

  There was a little mention of it the other day from Andrew Webster, Andrews about 6 months late on this one but from the sound of it he has only just had contact with somebody from this group.

  This group has not been part of the undermining of the club, ive watched carefully for months, these people are not in a position to have information to leak, nor are they mixing with those crowds, nor are they that vindictive and twisted, nor are they pushing privitisation..

  So Eels fans can be rest assured that there are people that really care about the club very ready to step forward, they also have a clear vision of how they are going to do that.

  If the board is forced to stand down the wheels are in motion for a succession plan.
