  Wow.  This thread is depressing already.

   

  Especially compared to the 'best signings ever' thread; most of whom any fans under 25 years old would never have seen play.

   

  Shows why we haven't won anything in so long.  Poor retention, poor recruiting.

  Yes James O'Connor did play in the juniors but was signed by a Union team just before he was about to sign a contract with Parra. Like Hindy said on One HD's The Game Plan you didn't know what you would get when Inu turned up and it was the same with K.K. Gallen was his own worst enemy at the club. He played with Wenty when he was told by the club not to play, he thought he would get away with it if he had a quiet game but instead he scored a try, started a fight and was sent off. We shouldve held on to Gardner but he figured he wouldnt get a start behind Burty and Hayne. We lost Tonga during the Jamie Lyon problem. We let go of Tonga thinking we had Lyon for 3 more years, instead Lyon ran off to England and then to Manly.
