Just announced on Fox Sports that Kyle Turner will now under go an operation on his neck---Turner was hit high on his neck in the All Stars game. P Gallen was put on report for the hit. The judiciary dismissed the report and P Gallen suffered no penalty. Turner left the field and played no further part in the game and, of course, has not played since.
Compare the Junior Paulo tackle, which was given nine weeks suspension. The player tackled , Matt Ballen , was not hurt, received no treatment other than a drink, and played on! The difference between the two incidents is mind blowing.
It is still possible that Turner has played his last game of Rugby League. Very well done judiciary.

they said 7 weeks to have time off and get over putting another playing in a wheel chair. Just so he can get through it.
Parra should hire someone to fight this battle in supreme court. NRL will back down for sure if we did.
Spend up you tight arses and get professional help. If you can provide enough evidence against the charge you will almost certainly get a downgrade.
Dont forget inu on INglis which got 5 weeks.
Hay Hamish the different is Inu play for the bulldogs and Paulo play with Parramatta
WOW now that's a shocker!
I just can't see any merit in the carry over points system.
Personally i'd rather they just go back to judging each indiscretion individually for what it is (or in Jnr's case isn't) otherwise you are always going to end up with unfair rulings in comparison anyway.
Do the carry over points have an expiry date?
