Anyone had trouble with the Telstra NRL live app in the sense of it not accepting you for the ‘free’ yearly subscription IF your already a Telstra customer. I’ve tried to access the app as I’m a Telstra customer but it keeps making all these stupid excuses BUT as soon as I offer to subscribe for the $3.99 per week subscription I’m in like Flynn! Now does this sound like something Telstra would do?

It seems the whole Telstra live app has too many flaws. Every year there always appears to be some technical issue.
Yep, that’s happened to me as well and they keep charging you for it. It’s really very pathetic for a multi million dollar company to not get their technical issues up to scratch.
