Telstra NRL Live App

Anyone had trouble with the Telstra NRL live app in the sense of it not accepting you for the ‘free’ yearly subscription IF your already a Telstra customer. I’ve tried to access the app as I’m a Telstra customer but it keeps making all these stupid excuses BUT as soon as I offer to subscribe for the $3.99 per week subscription I’m in like Flynn! Now does this sound like something Telstra would do?

    When you redeem your free subscription you must make sure your device is not connect to wifi otherwise it won’t know your a Telstra customer.. other than that u will have to contact Telstra

    Yes, but I don’t think it’s so much a problem with the subscription as much as it is with the actual App. When I go to my subscription (Wifi or not) it is says active until my expiry date.

      It seems the whole Telstra live app has too many flaws. Every year there always appears to be some technical issue.

      I’ve cancelled my subscription (I’m a telstra customer unfortunately) numerous times within the app and it still says that I am subscribed

    Yep, that’s happened to me as well and they keep charging you for it. It’s really very pathetic for a multi million dollar company to not get their technical issues up to scratch.

      I used a iPad on Saturday
      It’s brand-new,maybe that’s why, I know they slow down with age
      It was in Wi-Fi We are not nbn
