Teamsheet vs Warriors: Latimore in

Feleti Mateo and Kris Keating are conspicuous in their absence in Parramatta's side named to meet the Warriors this weekend. The only change to the 17 that defeated the Knights is the shift of Tim Mannah to the starting side in place of the injured Nathan Cayless and Jeremy Latimore onto the bench. Joe Galuvao has been named in the starting pack despite reports that he would be out for at least the next two weeks. 1Jarryd HAYNE 2 Luke BURT 3 Krisnan INU 4 Joel REDDY 5 Eric GROTHE 6 Daniel MORTIMER 7 Jeff ROBSON 8 Tim MANNAH 9 Matthew KEATING 10 Fuifui MOIMOI 11 Nathan HINDMARSH [C] 12 Joe GALUVAO 13 Todd LOWRIE 14 Kevin KINGSTON 15 Broderick WRIGHT 16 Ben SMITH 17 Jeremy LATIMORE

  • That doesnt look right mate, you still have Galuvao in there? I assume Latimore is in for Cayless, who's in for Galuvao?
    • Actually, no body is in for Galuvao - teamsheet is as stated I just wrongly analysed it.

You'd have to think Feleti would come in for Joe?
      • Hmm..thats a bit weird then, they expect Smokin to play? Would have thought Caylo was more of a chance.
  • Are you sure mate LATIMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Looks like DA may have learnt more than a thing or two from his old mentor. Few last minute surprises I reckon
  • i don t know how mateo isnt in there
  • time for latimore to step up and show he will be a great buy for any other club looking for forwards
  • Just got word from Ross Smart at Parra that Joe G pulled up a little sore behind the knee but he'll be fine for Saturday.
    • Good news, lets hope he gets through the game alright. And Latimore better take over from where Cayless left off. Caylo was making good metres the last month.
  • The one thing that doesn't quite sit right is Feleti was on standby for Fuifui. Yet Cayless is missing and Latimore comes in over the top of Feleti?? There has to be some chance Feleti will replace Lats, but I can see the rationale for trying to keep some size in the 17 against the Warriors.

"Well he was offered a path at least, maybe not in the position he wanted but guarenteed FG week in week out. Penrith there was never certainty of starting straight away.
Not sure who offered more in financials though. "

"Are you talking about Julio Jones? It was sad seeing him decline the way he did. He signed with Tampa, who i support, it was a shame seeing a shell of his former HOF self."

I cannot answer for EA, but if there is a kid to play 6 now the closest bet would be Papali'i or Volkman. In future Twidle or Talataina could be the future.
