  • i like ben smith starting, good move, and every game mortimer plays he gets better, keep it up champ and we can win this comp.
  • Has anyone noticed that when the Eels are flyin' it's electrifyin'?
  • Ben Smith is becoming one of those players in defence that the opposition should think twice about running at. Can't wait for his attacking game, hitting holes and effective off loads to blossom.
    • yer for sure he may not become the next ben creagh or watmough but he is gonna create his own style of
playing that others will crave to have
  • another 13+ win on the way!
  • As DA has stated possible injuries are Parra's biggest concern.......keeping the same team... huge bonus......no reason why we can't keep winning....
  • I hope the players aren't getting as cocky as some of you supporters!!!! Long way to go yet.

Hey did anyone at the game last Friday see Pennis Fitzgerald with Hadley in the 2GB media box. At one stage (about half way through the second half )the crowd turned around was going absolutly nuts and pointing in the direction of Hadley.
Not sure what actually went on....but i have a good idea!

Loved seeing Ozzie on the sideline at fulltime shaking the players hands and even giving a few of the guys a hug......can't ever imagine Pennis Fitzgerald doing that
  • hadley is fitzgerald's... bum chum.....
  • sounds goooood
  • I think Andos theory is with Ben Smith starting his size and weght into the tackles will slow down the Saints go forward, and then when he rotates Joe off the bench we will gain some extra zip in the latter part of the half to hopefully get some of our danger men a change to go one on one with the defence.
