Junior Paulo has been rested with Marata Niukore taking his place and Will Smith joining the bench. Will Penisini and Jakob Arthur are still listed on the reserves. If Moses is rested as well, I thought W Smith would take his place. But based on BA's captain run press conference, JA may get the nod. If W Smith gets the nod, I hope to see Penisini on the bench. Might as well give him a 10-15 min spell of first grade against a hot and cold titans side.

BA said that Rankin has not travelled to QLD and thus is unavailable for selection.
Because Rankin isn't in the plans and won't be here next year yet people will ask for hin each week
Can understand resting the big fella but jeez our bench looks light on for impact against a side with a big pack. Can't see any of those blokes helping turn it around if their forwards get on top.
Yeah but a 48 hour turn around is a fair ask I suppose. He's so important I can understand him bring in cotton wool this week. Would have preferred another bopper on the bench but hopefully we have enough to get it done
I really don't understand why Niukore is starting. His impact off the bench is vital.
I would start Kaufusi.
I would start lane, kaufusi started once this season and it was his worst game by far.
Agreed. Niukore is to small for a starting prop. Lane can have 20min stint and than can have a big break. Make sure the dummy doesn't drop the ball

I wasn't knocking Niukore as I belive he is one of our best.
I just belive he is better suited as a starting center or a forward off the bench.
Be interested to see who backs up for the Titans.
