Yeah that was odd. I mean many said injury, but if that was the case he shouldn't of been playing. Maybe wanted Smith to get big minutes and some confidence? Who knows. He's back, let's see what he can do.
Way better to run good 9s. Only a handful can play 80 consistently.
Yeah we had it alright with Edwards, but even early to mid year, before he was dropped, Smith was missing tackles uncharacteristically, that was before his injury got worse.
Seems playing 80 every week in Cup has given him confidence. Competition for Da Silva can only be a good thing. I Ryles would run with Edwards all year to be fair but has gone back to Smith.
Why unlikely Jez debuts? Unless injuries it's either him or Pryke.
I think he goes with Pryke. Hasn't been anything said on Jez's debut. I said unlikely though, not "it's not gonna happen"
Pryke im surprised he is on the bench. Funa iuuta should be getting a shot before him. I really don't see much in Pryke. His leg speed isn't great
