It has to be discussed dosnt it. Now that Zac can't play NRL for the next 2 years, unless the Eels are compensated, I'd like to move on and discuss the elephant in the room.By all accounts the Eels have tried just about everything in the last 2…
"It's also interesting Paul Crawley stopped writing about this for Foxsport (he was voraciously pro-Eels, anti-Lomax) as soon as V'landys broke his two-week plus silence. After that, they all were written by Steve Zemek or the generic Foxsport team…"

From what I have heard Penrith and Parra have agreed to play our strongest 13, which was a requirement for the trial to be televised on Foxtel.
Semi didnt score a thousand tries, but his performamce certainly didnt warrant being dropped. I thought Junior was pretty solid in the 9's along with Moeroa. Did I miss something?
Semi didnt play in the Trial, but Moeroa and and Paulo must have had shockers to warrant being left out of this trial!!
Your 13 will be BA's starting team unless players have injuries or are not right due to off season operations.
Like the Charity Shield I suspect there will be an extended reserve list of maybe 9 bench players?
If there is 9 reserves you could add Hasson, IDG, Terepo, Morgan, Toutai (all top 25 NRL contracted players). It is also possible that French may also sneak onto the bench to gauge his progression against a strong squad?
Like the Charity Shield I suspect there will be an extended reserve squad of 9 players, therefore not many if any players will be asked to play big minutes. At a minimum you should see new signings Foran, Gordon, Scott, Jennings, Hasson and Gutherson have a run.
its a trial, so wouldnt it be like 23 players? i dont think watmough will be playing, peats and wicks as well.
