Hopefully with the loss of Peats and Wotmough and Junior Paulo we can sign David Klemmar as he is the only other damaging prop out there that's got what it takes to replace Paulo. .
I don't think we can carry Gordon's lack of ball playing ability past this year and it would be of huge benefit to the team if we were to have either Gutherson or French playing at fullback, preferably French.
I was not a fan of David Klemmer pre-2016 but I think his work-rate has increased significantly and his contribution off the bench has been massive for the Dogs, I think he'd be much better starting. Hopefully that is a factor in getting him. I think he'd be huge for our team, especially with our lack of metres gained after Paulo departs.
Mate, with everyone included this year we are $200k under the cap. Its only $700k of previous TPAs the NRL want to add to the cap for this year.
So next years Cap is more than OK and still has room for upgrades.
