i think its time matterson got moved to lock forward and nathan brown got put on the bench. matterson would offer a better middle passing game then nathan brown and allow us to have a stronger bench with brown to come on as middle forward, that runs off the back fence. marata should be the right edge back rower and this would help dylan brown because marata like papalii knows how to run good lines, while also improving the right edge defence.

Agreed Niukore is wasted coming off the bench
Valid points. I think Matto can play backrow still but he nees to be on Moses side. Moses gives early ball which Matto likes. Matto can either playmake or get himself in a position to offload. While DB likes to play direct and deep which suits Papali'i and Niukore's game. Matto can also be the ball playing lock with N Brown.
id like to see matterson and cartright play lock forward allowing use to always have another point of attack in the middle. brown off the bench to keep the aggression and defensive line speed up and with kafusi, have to give kafusi a wrap the kid looked like our best forward last night.
Matterson went missing in action last night!
The team has gone backwards ever since Marata got moved away from centre after Wacker came back. Wacker needs to be offloaded somewhere but won't because we will need to pay 3/4 of his contract and the club has said they will never do that again.
Hindsight is wonderful, but we should never have signed Wacker and Matterson who has proved all he is good for is collecting his over-inflated salary. Gutho has also proved that SoO ballboy is as good as he'll get.
For me, Marata back to centre, Wacker to somewhere else and Matterson (the myth) to retirement for concussions. (I'm sure EA could gather Matterson's stats since he arrived to show LBs LBAs etc as small single digits each year).
