I will throw the following suggestions up. Should BA we look at:
Moses 7, Hayne 6, M Jennings 4, G Jennings 5, Gutherson 3, French 2, Norman 1.
Gutherson isn’t a tactical kicking 5/8. I think he would be more suited in the centres, as he could help control the attack and the defence patterns ( making sure the wingers never leave their wing in defence )..
Hayne needs to get his hands on the ball more. His big, can offload, kick and has the skill to get the basics done right, Norman and Hayne could both switch between the 6 and 1 depending on how the game is going and they both know how to defend.
Gutho isnt a 5/8 and Bevan at present is best on the wing. The best team with who is avaiable I think would be
1 Gutho, 2 French, 3 Jennings, 4 Tanga, 5 Jennings, 6 Hayne, 7 Moses, 8 Alvero, 9 Dozy, 10 Manna
11 Mau, 12 Terepo, 13 Brown, 14 Mahoney, 15 Gower, 16 Nuikore, Stone
This team would at least be competative and old dozy would be too busy at hooker to fall asleep
Gutho is the worst winger in the history of the league..... he should be a centre and nothing more, and he should come cheap, no other team would take him.
