This may age terribly , he may put egg on my face. Let's hope so.  But I swear everytime this guy enters the game our attack just goes from hero to zero. How can a team transform so negatively from one dude taking the paddock ?

    • The big difference is upper body strength and aerobic fitness, he can tackle head on body to body, Reed struggled with body to body, he always went low or he got steam rolled. Further to that Rylie puts enormous pressure on the kickers and basically does what Moses wants, he reads that aspect well .......for reasons i explained elsewhere Moses is always going to be a better player with someone like Rylie serving him......he will be a lessor player with someone like Harry Grant because he (Grant) doesn't repect the play maker.....Grant sees that role for himself. Jerome Hughes doesn't let Grant get away with it just the same!

  • I was thinking the same right when he scored, the little shit....He can certainly scurry

  • Definitely needs a pre season under his belt as he looks lost at times with our game plan but definitely has some raw talent

    • Yeah, if you are a marker on the ground and you look up to see TDS scoop the ball would be a v.bad feeling

  • His service and first contact defensively need work.

Ryley Smith is a way ahead of him at the moment.

    • 💯
You can excuse him for looking a little lost in a new system but his service from dummy half is shocking. His passes are slow and misses the mark. For a position that touches the ball the most, those passes must be like a bullet that hits its target 99% of the time. It's like he's only just learning how to pass a fcking ball. Some passes are end over end, not the spiral bullets from the ground that it should be.

The other is his defence. Hopefully the coaching staff will fix that in the off season.

      • Was just about to ask those talking about the new systems if that's why he throws wayward passes .  His service is horrible.  Was it first touch today and he threw some spaz pass that hit the ground nowhere near its intended target.  It's a regular occurrence. You could feel Moses eyes rolling .

  • Not only did you luck out on Wingers bet but this blog 😂😂😂😂

  • Who we talking about????

"PG, absolutely fair point.
In the NRL era, it's rare for us to win three-straight or more to end the season (3 from 28 years). 2001, 2022, and now 2025. Rarer than a blue moon. We fell away the next year (1st to 6th in 2002, 4th to10th in 2023).
But…"

Only 4/17 Eels from that tie played today. Massive personel turnover.
