Taylan May

Surely this guy gets suspended.  I'm shocked the NRL saw the video and though it was OK to let him play all year before giving him a suspension.  It was straight out assault, and he should be missing game time.

  • Look I am no fan of the panthers but if reports are true and the bloke, who was asked to leave them alone after all the players were nice to him at first, provoked them then he probably got what he deserved. At the end of the day just because people are famous doesn't give anyone the right to push them just so they can make a dollar off them afterwards. Fair game if the guy was being a wanker

    • Whether he was being a wanker or not, there is no excuse to sneak up behind him and back slam his head into the floor.

Coward attack. What if he seriously injured the guy or worse?

      • On the contrary depends what he was doing and saying, there could be plenty of excuses. Hypothetically you go out with your family, some bloke walks up to your daughter and starts telling her he is going to take her to the toilets and f**k the shit out of her or someone walks up to your son and says don't like the way you are looking at me, I am about to f**k you up, you as a father or mother wouldn't do what Taylan did for his mate? You or I don't know what was being said or done there could of been a lot of excuses, he didn't punch or kick the bloke just threw him to the ground. The coward is the guy being a wanker for no good reason.

        • Even if the bloke was being an absolute tosser you square up like a man you don't sneak around the back and grab the bloke from behind

          • That's a false sense of honour, in a street fight anything goes and you are best to run away and if you can't hit first to disable the aggressor. Reality is these people who pick fights can fight.

            • What are you talking about ? So it's more honourable to grab a bloke from behind and swing him down? I've been in my share of pub fights as a young bloke mate and I never fought like that

              • You've missed my point. There is no honour in fighting at all, nowadays it's best to leave it because you don't know what the guy picking the fight is capable of i.e. you square up like a man and his friend stabbs you from behind.

I'm not condoning what May did, he's a dope.

For me, if I'm in a situation where I can't walk away, I'm fucking the guy up by any means necessary.

      • "What if he seriously injured the guy or worse?"
What if's don't count. He wasn't injured so any sentence would take that into account always have and always will.

  • *** WATCH THE VIDEO BEFORE YOU PUT THIS STUPID POST UP**

I am an eels fan through and through, clearly see this fan get up on all the "nrl players" faces after the GF win, all they were doing were taking photo's, clearly see a few QLD fans (with jerseys) get up on the fave of nathan cleary! all he did was forcefully grab him from behind and swing him away, then while he was on the floor, he was spraying him!!!

NO BRAIN SNAP, sticking up for the boys who just won a GF and were clearly being nice to other patrons taking photos and smiling while wearing thier GF final shirts.

IF THIS WAS PARRA WE WOULD ALL BE SAYING... GOOD ON YA FOR STICKING UP FOR MOSES!!!!

    • got a lin k

"You will never see equality if you think indigenous rights are the solution. Inequality is increasing, not decreasing, especially since elites began to make their populations focus on token gestures like that."
