     Have been told he's manager is trying to get him out of Penrith cause he can get double on open market re-signed for 300K a year in 2020 with clubs prepared to offer him 650Plus.

     

    ive hears from a reliable source Eels are front runners for him Penrith already have cap issues and can't afford an upgrade that's why they looking at Oates for 2023
