Think his name has been brought up a few times but definitely a player we should be looking at if rumours are true. Currently playing off bench as an impact middle but can also play centre if needed. Would also push Russell to keep his spot I think he'd fit in well at Parra. Thoughts ?

Eelovution ...you don't seem to have objective comparisons to justify your opening sentence. We have picked up Jack Williams from Cronulla for this season, so your comparison of Sharks not keen to keep him is somewhat outweighed by that judgement.
MY personal feeling is he has the ability to be much more than he has shown since his SOO appearance. Why is that so? because he has proven ability and we don't know the reasons for his fall offs. This is where Ryles judgement comes into being, he has to be convinced that there is something more he can get out of a player, that's why he is the coach and we are just "baggage" with opinions that have little value. Aspects of salary cap etc is best left with the people that manage it.

Why wont he be here in 27 Coryn?......he's go plenty of guile and hopefeully we can keep him as a backs coach when the time comes for his retirement.
I am not sure I have seen a smarter winger in the way he positions himself and reads the game.
Toupo, Morris, lots of great wingers have gone on longer than him!
Maybe he's got a bit of mileage on those tyres if we get another year like this year out of him I'd be happy with that.

HE did when the clock was put on him still rated the fasted player in the game. I reckon he could lose a metre a year and still be the fastest we have at Parra for the next 2 years.
PS The influence he has on the young players in the club cannot be measured, but every one says the same about him......I hope they put a nice bonus in his hand for what he has done this year.....
I don't think we need him, we definitely need a gun middle a metre eater- our forward pack is mobile, skilfull which suits Ryles game plan and style - unfortunately the market is bare and with Perth coming in desperate clubs will pay overs
