Taking out the garbage

Our massive recruitment short falls have been exposed in 2018. Our reliance on the 2017 model hasn’t worked . Our coaching staff have been depleted and it is obvious that losing o’farrel, gentle and even Palmer has seen us vulnerable.I believe we are cooked in 2018. To get that first win and make This potential run requires 15/18 wins . This team doesn’t have the size , skill set and mental toughness and leadership to do that . With more wins come increased pressure and sides lift and we all know what happens there .I see 2019 as potentially a re birth . A new stadium will be massive . I understand we have potentially 18 players off contract which allows ba or whoever is coach to aggressively recruit . The motivation is players get to play at the greatest stadium in Sydney and with that comes added sponsorship and tpa potential . We might just recruit some talent.When a review is done in and identifies our short falls it has to be honest people who stand up and accept responsibility. BA stuffed up no questions but players need to be moved on as well . The game stops for no one and our little 2016-2018 window for a premiership has unfortunately closed .As you can see with Cronulla , cowboys and broncos time waits for no man .I say take out the garbage , clean the house , get rid of the old smells, new paint and move on .

  I'm not happy where have I said I'm living what's going on, we all get their needs to be some change with the roster. But to be in a parra group and listen every day to the same rubbish & watching your club cop it day in day out from trolls and weekend warriors is not for all. Your entitled to your opinion, but most here want their own blogs about the same crap. They don't add to yours or others opinion, they just start the same crap every day. So yeah throw you on that pile & you can almost smell the fresh air.

    In my opinion, our club needs to bloody well cop it. Maybe it needs to cop it a hell of a lot more so we can finally stop being a perennial laughing stock.

I think 2018 has just been a poor year in general for the big consistent clubs. i think we fall under this category now and none of us of have won more than 3 games (roosters and melbourne)

It seems the generally the more inconsistent teams (woth exception to penrith) like the warriors st george and tigers have just adjusted better to the rule changes which has helped them win more early season games than compared to others. I think alot of teams have failed to adjust to the new rule changes and you cant just change a structured play style instantly (possibly why we are so boring)

Front rower Rcg, Vaughan or klemmer. Another cheaper option like sue, Grant look around the lower grades. Oates in the back row. A barnstorming winger if lesialo doesn't work out. Giving mahoney a go in coming weeks. Start giving some guys a go to see if they can cut the mustard.
