TAHU VS INGLUS

Question for you all ?Do you agree that the grandfinal result would have changed had TIMANA TAHU been playing in the Grandfinal ?And who would win out of Tahu and Inglus ?

  • as much as i hate inglis and love tahu..............inglis mops the floor with tahu
  • What about Hodges. Do you think Tahu is better than hodges? Can Tahu take Hodges test spot next year??
    • i reckon tahu is about as good as hodges
      • bullshit. tahu shits on hodges. If grothe cant shit on hodges tahu can. Remmember origin:D
  • a younger tahu could manage inglis in defence but inglis has more speed and power but you get what you pay for (inglis = 500k a year) (tahu = 300k a year)
  • I dont get why but it seems to me that Inglis plays okay at NRL level but dominates at Orgin and International level. That is just my opinion of all the games I have seen of Inglis.
    • Inglis can be lazy, but when he wants to turn it on, he can!
  • i thought inglis wasnt that great. i thought reddy did a great job on him.. only time inglis looked good was when they made the wrong move at halftime to pull reddy off and put smith in centres and fui back on for impact. should def have taken smith off and left reddy on him.
    • Tahu is a massive injury risk. He missed a lot of footy when he last played with us. When fit he is a superstar.

Inglis for mine is one of the all time greats, in the same league as Big Mal and Renouf.

Hodges is a very very good player. Anyone remember the final game of 2007 when the Eels played Brisbane at home. Inu and Tahu put on a show and destroyed the Broncos!! That was after Hodges did a hamstring and went off just before half time. At that point Hodges was putting on a show and dominating the game. If Michaels (I think) had scored in the corner the game would have been close. Instead Hodges went off and we smashed them.
  • No definatley not. Look i know we got robbed in the last ten minutes of the game. But we can't just blame it on the ref. Im pretty sure all of you should agree that we entered the match way too late. We shouldve been tough from the get go. The time when i thought thats it parra have no chance in hell was when after grothe scored our first try 10-6, melbourne bomb goes up inglis takes it they score. We let it go there. Sure we came back n scored 2 more but was too late. Parra team has all my respect and they are amazing players and i love supporting them, but next time an oppurtunity liek this comes around we need to be tough and ready from the get go
