Tahu out of NSW Origin team

AAP Sat, 12 Jun 2010 07:38:29NSW winger Timana Tahu is out of next Wednesday's State of Origin clash in Brisbane after walking out of the Blues camp on Friday due to personal reasons.The Parramatta star left his teammates on Friday, and will be replaced by Canberra's Joel Monaghan, according to a News Limited report."I just got off the plane," Monaghan told News."I don't know too much about what has happened yet."While it remains unknown why Tahu left so mysteriously, the report said various NSW insiders described his situation as "messy" and "unfortunate".Monaghan will front a team meeting at the team's base in Kingscliff, in northern NSW on Saturday morning, and has been withdrawn from the Raiders team due to play North Queensland in Townsville

    Johns was a GREAT player but did some very ordinary things in his life. Yes he admitted them in public but the role model tag was destroyed for ever. It will come out in the end, always does and I hope he is judged for the comments. TAHU will not get an easy go from this, but in the end - he will give his best for the eels....... After this, it may be his only option left.
