Sydney Thunder have done it, now its our turn

Year after year as a fan of the Sydney Thunder and Parramatta Eels I have found myself wondering "Why do I support these teams..." Well tonight I've finally experienced what it's like to have your usually rubbish team finally win the comp. What a feeling.We've done our waiting. We've got the squad. In the next few years it will get better. Up Up Parramatta and the Sydney Thunder!!

Scrapped into finals.
beat Strikers in Adelaide, then beat Stars in Melbourne. talk about doing it the hard way.

Similar formula. Experienced players brought in to a struggling team and the results happen. Let's hope we can experience the same. The finals would be a pass mark. Winning a finals game would be an A+ this year. Bigger things the years after. Great effort Sydney Thunder.

The problem is no more Hussey and Kallis for next season but we can go back to back if Ab de Villiers joins and Cummins plays the whole season.

If Liverpool can change their fortune and Eels win the comp both are unlikely but I would be the happiest fan on the earth.

  Liverpool are turning things around. With Jurgen Klopp has manager the league title surely won't to be too far away in the coming seasons.

There are some parallels between the two both struggled due to poor form and management. Both made personal changes recruiting a mix of class and experience.
Lets hope we get a similar result.
