  I walked past that exact spot on thursday and Monday, im certain that sign wasnt there and theres no way they can get away with making a rule like that lol, definite gee up.

  What's this country coming to, red light/speed cameras at every traffic light and intersection? - hang on  theyve got those already.

  Now before anyone jumps in and says its for peoples safety,(give yourself an uppercut you fools), how is a helmet going to help a jogger? How many have died from head impact trauma in the last 20 years?

  We are becoming the greatest nanny state in the world and this bullshit just proves it. It should be up to the individual to protect themselves not for the governement to legislate law to make it compulsary. When are we going to start promoting personal responsibilty FFS.
