Body language says it all, always looks smug as if he dosnt care. A player in his position needs to lead by example and have clear direction which he clearly dosnt.
Norman has obvious talent but just looks not to apply himself.
If you look back at last nights game when Moses was Grabbed by one of the Canberra forwards, Norman walks straight up to the Canberra player and looks to pat him on the back. No solidarity from our own player, that to me says it all.
I believe Norman lost interest when he didn't quit get what he wanted when he re signed last-ONLY HAS HIMSELF TO BLAME.
Yes I strongly believe one player can have such a negative affect.
