From what im guessing is that they want big guys for an early start, but it's useless if one of them is filling in at hooker, although if they do what i think they might which is Salmon goes to 9 in attack and they play 2 locks but then you're being predictable with Moses as the only receiver and forcing Gutho to play more in line.
