SUPPORT THE BRONCOS & PANTHERS THIS WEEKEND

Dare I say it but I will be supporting three teams this weekend - Parra on Thursday, Broncos on Friday and Panthers on Sunday.

IF we beat the poor old Titans and the Broncos beat the Dragons and the Panthers beat the Raiders we are in baby - September footy !!!!

But, it starts with Thursday night and not only do we need to win we need to win big to fix our poor for and against.

Go Parra.

  • Of course if the Broncos lose then we have a better chance of a top 4 finish! I don't like our chances of beating them in Brisbane next week though.

    • I like your glass half full theory, but after last game I am leaning to the glass half empty theory.  I'm concerned with we may not even make the 8, let alone top 4.  In my mind the top 4 is gone.

  • Who we cheer for in Raiders v Penrith depends if we win or not. We win = we wan Raiders to win so that Penrith can't make the 4. We'd also want Dragons to beat Brisbane if we win to get us level with Broncs. The exact opposite if we lose (Broncos/Panthers to win).
    • Forget about top 4, lets just make the 8 first.

  • If the Eels win on Thursday night and the Sharks lose to the Cowboys, we are in the top 4. I also wouldn't mind seeing the Dragons beat the Broncos or the Tigers beat the Roosters.

  • I want the opposite of what you put to happen. We still have to be thinking top 4
  • I will be supporting the Raiders. If we win that puts 4 points between us and the Panthers. I doubt the Raiders can make it.

    • I lost confidence in the team after the Tigers game and last week.  Top 4 is a long shot at the moment and if we don't beat the Titans by 40 we have no hope.

  • Why are people saying top 4 is gone?
    Hellllllooo....
We have the same amount of points as the fourth placed sharks who still have to play the roosters and cowboys away.
    • Because we were whipped by the wooden spooners last week.

You know the big thing that is being missed with Riley Smith and is not being appreciated is his ability to read the game.He is a couple of plays ahead and anticipating every move both in defense mainly at present, but also in setting up the…
