Sucker for punishment

Well here I go again, sitting counting down the minutes until my beloved football team takes the field. I have 2 games left on my membership card but will not be using them. My enthusiasm has just about gone. The years are taking a toll on me. I dont think I will be joining next year, maybe its time to follow another sport. I get it, you must always support your team, but it has just got to hard. Eels by 10

    Mate i stopped going weeks ago will sit at home have a beer and honestly don't care about the result but in saying that i will renew the membership next year because I'm a glutton for punishment

    It was bloody amazing how quiet the game was tonight, the silence was deafening. You could have a phone conversation and not even have to change the tone in your voice. If you wanted to shout anything out, literally anyone in the stadium would hear you.

    It took until about 20 minutes to go before there was any noise coming from the crowd. I think everyone in the stadium had the same who cares anyway mentality.
