I for one hope we are the Sydney club going after him, although i think it may be Dragons or Manly. I've been saying for years we need a hard hitting Kiwi. We got Ma'u and he has been a revelation. Matagi seems to only know the way way and that's through the opposition, not around them.

He's pretty quick for a big fella. Speed and force is a good combination, he even has a bit of a step on him.
If we get him it would be great and he would be one hell of a sub. But if we don't get him then i could live with it.

It'd be great if Matagi signed with us because of Ma'u. Yet another reason to love him, not that we need one. But Ma'u on one side of the field and Matagi on the other would be deadly.
Yeah I saw this recently. I think he's still only 27, so not that old. Would love to have him, if he can run hard and straight.
