    Anyone who coached the Eels at that time would have 'one of the worst records in nrl history'. Case in point Ricky Stuart - his record at Parra was worse than Kearney's. People said he was a shit coach too but he is doing well at Canberra.

    Kearney's only recruitment mistake was Chris Sandow. Unfortunately it was an expensive mistake lasting four years. He surely learnt from it but never got the chance to fix it. I doubt he will sign another top 17 player who can't tackle.

  This is seriously awesome news. It's one team we don't have to worry about next year, and I hope to hell Foran heads there now. The wheels will certainly be falling off when all those stars in the team can't put it together week in/week out.
